Reebok terminated its deal with UFC fighter Jon "Bones" Jones on Wednesday morning, effectively immediately.
The termination is connected to Jones' recent legal troubles. Jones turned himself in to police on Monday, following a felony hit-and-run incident in Albuquerque, N.M. Jones has played a big part in the brand's Reebok ZPump Fusion campaign, and is also vital to Reebok's UFC contract.
This isn't the first time that Jones has lost an endorsement contract from a big sneaker brand. In September of 2014, Jones and Nike parted ways after a brawl broke out between him and Daniel Cormier in Las Vegas.
